Meetings

The Humane Society meets the first Monday of every month at 7 pm. The meeting is held at our facility at the old Miller's Studio on Main Street.

Members are encourage to bring donations of rawhide bones, cat litter or paper towels to meetings.

Committees

Members are encouraged to participate in a committee.

Adoption/Care Follow up Committee -- This committee is limited to a few members who follow up on each animal adopted

Public Education -- This committee educates the public on how to properly care for animals.

Membership Committee -- This committee recruits new members to the humane society as well as getting membership renewals.

Fundraising Committee -- This committee raises money in order for the humane society to operate.

Spay/neuter committee -- Spay/neuter is an important part of responsible pet ownership. Not only does this help control the pet population, it helps keep your companions healthy. See our What you should know section for information on spay/neuter assistance.
